Who or what is your inspiration in business?

Multiplying my time to make an impact on my family. There are also secrets to framework and questions in business that define how to work through failure faster, iterate and ideate quickly, and experiment to serve people the way they want to be served. Starting with my audio business, and someday moving to more businesses and advisory. I want the light bulb to come on for others the way its been turned on for me.

How do you stay motivated?

Ascribing a north star within my business and personal life: To make my passion for audio and leadership an invaluable tool to the events and production industry; To focus my time productively so I can have quality time with my family; Have a financially fruitful business that supports passionate and quality contractors / employees; Transform events in ways that organizers and attendees didn’t realize was possible.

What would you do with the $25,000?

Pivot in the way my businesses are structured to be more sustainable, creating scalability and growth. I'm currently also in an MBA program, and would use it to pay off my student loan debt. More cash flow to work faster through the potentials ahead. This means I can serve organizations who hold events better, making a larger impact on communities and audiences.
