Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration behind Express Recruiting is to help athletes get the scholarship opportunities they are looking for. I don't want them to have to pay hundreds or even thousands of dollars just to get noticed by college programs. My goal is for Express Recruiting, to be one of the biggest and most affordable platforms. Where athletes and coaches can connect.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated because I made a promise to myself. I know some people struggle to motivate themselves, but when it comes to work, my DISC assessment shows that I’m a “D” personality. I like to see things get done. Another reason I stay motivated is because this platform has the potential to change someone's life in the future. Not only help them get a scholarship but an education.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would reinvest this money back into the business. I would use it to visit high schools and teach athletes how to be recruited and how to make themselves more marketable to college coaches and programs. I would love the opportunity to fill auditoriums and speak not only to athletes, but also to their parents and coaches. I believe I could make a greater impact by getting into high schools and connecting with people in person, rather than relying only on social media.
