Free RegistrationI was inspired by my Father-in-law, who ran a super successful business in excavating and construction for over 45 years. He trained me (Old-school, hard knocks) in everything i know. I am inspired by standing out above the rest and adding a unique perspective for my customers on standard jobs. Specifically when it comes to tertiary septic systems and the environment.
How do you stay motivated?I like solving problems for people. When a customer comes to me with a problem, I try and face it how I would solve it. Also, to upgrade as many septic systems to tertiary treatment systems as possible. This is to help prevent contamination of our lakes and waterways.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would add new equipment and/or staff to the business. Maybe even develop the stockpile to sell smaller quantities of aggregates to individuals who wish to pick it up themselves.
