Who or what is your inspiration in business?

The seniors I used to lowball. I spent 8 years flipping houses, I knew which repairs were real and which were inflated to scare families into bad deals. One day I realized the people across the table weren't adversaries. They were someone's parents. That moment is why I switched sides. They're still my inspiration every single day.

How do you stay motivated?

I'm 2+ years sober. Sobriety taught me that progress is just doing the next right thing, not the next big thing. I stay motivated because I've seen what happens when no one's in a family's corner during a senior transition; exploitation, rushed decisions, avoidable losses. I also have a wife who believed in this before it made a dollar. You don't waste that runway.

What would you do with the $25,000?

Three things: Six months of paid advertising to scale the Simple Blueprint and SeniorSafe app. Professional video production for YouTube. The content works, the phone footage has a ceiling. A part-time developer retainer as SeniorSafe grows past 500 subscribers. Every dollar maps directly to reach. More families protected, more proof that consumer protection in senior real estate is a real business.
