Who or what is your inspiration in business?

As a neurodivergent woman in a male-dominated industry, I’m building an inclusive space where the healing power of the mountains meets creative freedom and supportive safe communities—accessible to everyone, especially those who were never invited in.

How do you stay motivated?

Success means something different to everyone. For me, it’s not about money—it’s about belonging. I’m driven to open doors that once felt closed, creating space for shared experiences, healing, and the quiet magic of the mountains. The kind you feel catching Alpenglow on your last ride down—and realizing it was never just about the ride. I have written a mystery story our riders can even try to solve during they subscription.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I’d use the $25,000 to remove barriers to the outdoors by expanding access to affordable gear, creating community-based programs, and building a space where people feel safe, seen, and included. As a neurodivergent woman, this is deeply personal—I know what it feels like to stand on the outside looking in. This isn’t about scaling for profit, but about creating real access to the healing power of the mountains, shared experiences, and moments of belonging that can truly change
