Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

The inspiration behind this business particularly or wanting to be in business at all, Now that I enjoy entrepreneurship, is knowing that if I never put my best foot forward and make my dreams come true, I will work myself tirelessly for the rest of my life to make the next person's dreams come true. everybody doesn't have the same motive, most people only want to see the money, but I have a real passion for taking care of and being of companionship to forgotten elders that really need help.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by first taking care of myself. Second, understanding why GOD put this calling on my heart, & realizing that aging is hard and one day, we'll all be in a position where we will need someone. I remember that GOD wouldn't put such a passion on my heart, if it weren't in my power to make the forgotten elders the helped shape world, feel seen, heard and safe, knowing that they have someone like myself in their corner.

What would you do with the $25,000?

Another goal of mine is to be in the position to create better paying opportunities for people with the same compassion as me. So not only will I invest in client acquisition but also caregiver retention to making sure that I have nothing but the best, most caring and compassionate people to help nurture the lives of the ones whose families want to see them age with grace and the ones whose families may have forgotten that everybody needs somebody.
