Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My entrepreneurial journey started as a teen running a babysitting business. Earning my own money sparked my drive for independence and ownership. My father called me his “little mogul” and brought me to business meetings, while my mother shared financial newsletters that fueled my curiosity. Encouraged by both, I grew up immersed in business—calculators, computers, and briefcases were my Christmas gifts. From an early age, I knew I was meant to build.

How do you stay motivated?

What keeps me motivated is the opportunity to build. New ideas come to me constantly, and I’m energized by turning those insights into real enterprises that serve people. Entrepreneurship stretches my thinking beyond my current intellectual limits and pushes me to grow daily. The process of creating, developing, and bringing ideas to life is what continually fuels my drive.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With the $25,000, I will expand my educational platform, The Art and Science of Business, to help marginalized communities access practical tools for entrepreneurship. Traditional job security is changing, and many people need new pathways to income and ownership. These resources will teach people how to build businesses, create wealth, and form strong partnerships that generate sustainable economic opportunity.
