Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

Some come from personal and some professional. The people I’ve been serving over the years have inspired me to keep growing and learning new things each day. Having visions of transforming spaces and looking back at decor work for events over done. One of my biggest cheerleaders are those who were once my interns and stayed the course while I trained them to go out in the fields and work for themselves.

How do you stay motivated?

My motivation likely comes from a few deep sources. I carry many responsibilities and visions, my motivation usually isn’t just about money; it’s about purpose, Alignment and coming to the finish line. It involves always building others, like team members. I always reflect and look back at things I could have done differently and build from that until something works. What would you do with the $25,000?

A really powerful opportunity to grow my business (Your Main Event and Yours To Keep) while also planting seeds for the community-focused event space. The key is to divide the money strategically so it generates income and impact. This would help me Host 3–4 small events that bring people together while introducing my brand. Young Entrepreneur Workshop, for those who want to get into the industry. influence and attract new clients for Your Main Event. Be able to give back to the community
