Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from the resilience of newcomers and everyday entrepreneurs who start with little but create meaningful impact. Having built businesses across housing, transportation, and community services, I’m driven by the opportunity to solve real problems and help people settle, move, and grow with dignity and confidence.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering why I started: to solve real problems and create opportunities for others. Every person who arrives in a new city looking for stability reminds me that our work matters. Faith, discipline, and a clear vision for building scalable solutions that serve communities keep me moving forward.

What would you do with the $25,000?

The funding would accelerate the growth of SettleInn by strengthening our technology platform, expanding transportation and short-stay services, and increasing awareness across Northern Ontario. It would help us reach more newcomers and travelers, create local economic opportunities, and scale a model that simplifies relocation and community integration.
