Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I’m inspired by leaders doing meaningful work who are being slowed down by barriers that should be fixable. I started SiteSpark Studios because I saw how website frustration was draining time, energy, and confidence from nonprofit leaders and business owners. I’m also building Entrepreneurs for Good, a community created to foster education, collaboration, and service through workshops, partnerships, and shared support.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by helping leaders get their focus back. When someone feels stuck or overwhelmed by their website, it pulls attention away from the work they are truly called to do. Helping people move from confusion to confidence matters to me because it creates more room for leadership, service, and growth. I’m also motivated by building a community that opens more doors for learning, connection, and support.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use the $25,000 to strengthen SiteSpark Studios and grow the community work I’m building alongside it. I would invest in better systems, educational resources, outreach, and scalable support tools so more nonprofit leaders and business owners can get the website guidance they need. I would also expand workshops, skills-based events, and partnerships that connect entrepreneurship, education, and service in a sustainable way.
