Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from the life I’ve lived, the people I’ve served and the communities I’m committed to uplifting. My passion / purpose of helping others stem from my personal journey—navigating work, responsibility and adulthood without always having the tools, guidance or support I needed. I learned many lessons the hard way and those experiences shaped my belief that people deserve access to real‑life skills that help them stay stable, employable and impactful !

How do you stay motivated?

I’m inspired by the people I serve—youth trying to find direction, adults rebuilding their confidence, college students preparing for the real world and community members who want better for themselves and their families. I see their effort, their desire to grow and their willingness to keep going even when life gets heavy: that motivates me ! Their stories remind me of my purpose and the power of influence/ guidance which keeps me motivated !

What would you do with the $25,000?

If awarded $25,000, I would use the funds to strengthen my family’s future, support my business goals and reinvest back into the community. A portion would go toward helping my oldest son pay for college, ensuring he has the financial support he needs to continue his education. I would also establish savings for both of my sons to help secure their long‑term stability and create a foundation they can build on as they grow and reinvest balance into community intitatives!
