Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My family. I watched them work incredibly hard and sacrifice so I could have opportunities they didn't. That has always stayed with me. Everything I build is rooted in making sure the people who supported me and contributed to my journey are taken care of. That responsibility drives how I approach business, growth, and the impact I want to create.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by purpose and responsibility. I know the work I do today creates security and opportunity for the people I love tomorrow. That keeps me disciplined and focused, even on the hard days. Building something meaningful that supports my family and the team around me is what pushes me to keep improving and growing

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would allocate the full $25,000 toward strategic marketing and growth initiatives. With the right team now in place, additional marketing capital would allow us to scale our reach, generate more qualified opportunities, and accelerate growth. The investment would directly expand our pipeline and create long term revenue, allowing the business to grow faster and serve more clients.
