Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I was at a conference once for a telecommunications MLM back before i got smart lol. It was very exciting and i saw how people can be transformed by just the power of positivity. mere energy or words even. I saw Zig Ziglar speak and his final words have always been my motto moving forward. "We not just going to the top....We're going OVER THE TOP ! " Its been my inspiration and driving force ever since.

How do you stay motivated?

This year has been one of my hardest. I’ve hit wall after wall, trying to stay positive while fighting the doubt no one sees. I’m known as the guy who gets knocked down and gets back up. To stay motivated, I started writing a 20‑chapter book about the real truth of entrepreneurship about failing again and again, finding the will to rise and do what it takes. As I wrote it, I lived it, and that’s what kept me going.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest it into my new start up. We are about to launch a first to market dual platform global app into the tire recycling industry that bridges the gap between collectors and their preferred haulers tirecollect.com . I would also give my best driver from my hauling company a big bonus for all he has done to help my business get through some hard times. Maybe give him a paid vacation somewhere nice.
