Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from my faith, my family, and the people in my community who simply need someone to believe in them. Seeing veterans and individuals rebuilding their lives after reentry motivates me to build businesses and programs that create stability, opportunity, and second chances. I believe entrepreneurship is not just about profit—it’s about purpose and making a lasting impact.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering why I started. Every person who needs a safe place to live, guidance, or support reminds me that this work matters. My faith keeps me grounded, and my vision for building housing and opportunities for veterans and individuals rebuilding their lives pushes me to keep going even when the journey is challenging.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If I won $25,000, I would invest it directly into building transitional housing and support services for veterans and individuals reentering society through my nonprofit, Open Hearts Helping Hands Foundation. The funding would help secure safe housing, provide essential resources, and create opportunities for individuals to rebuild their lives with dignity, stability, and hope.
