I’m inspired by Janet Bryant Howroyd, a remarkable entrepreneur and author who embodies faith and empowerment. As the founder of The ActOne Group, she dedicates herself to helping women professionals achieve their goals and discover their purpose. Her commitment to lifting others and her impressive business acumen make her a true role model in the industry.

How do you stay motivated?

My motivation comes from continuous learning and tangible results. I set short-term goals that feed into a larger vision, which gives me both immediate wins and long-term direction. Seeing my business grow even incrementally reinforces that the effort is worthwhile and keeps me driven to push further.

What would you do with the $25,000?

The $25,000 will fuel our growth in three ways: $12,000 to expand beyond Atlanta, GA into underserved communities, $9,000 to launch holistic programming in mental health, nutrition, and therapy, and $4,000 for marketing in new markets. Within 12 months, we’ll be serving more clients in new regions with a whole-person care approach that transforms lives.
