My inspiration in business comes from the opportunity to make a real impact in people’s lives. In healthcare, skills like CPR and phlebotomy can literally save lives or open doors to stable careers. Building PhleboHealth Academy allows me to empower people with life-saving knowledge while also helping them advance professionally in healthcare.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering the impact my work can have. Teaching CPR and healthcare skills means someone in my class could one day save a life. I’m also motivated by helping people gain skills that can lead to stable careers in healthcare. Knowing my business can empower others keeps me focused and driven.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If awarded $25,000 , I would invest in equipment, training supplies, and a dedicated space to expand PhleboHealth Academy’s CPR and phlebotomy classes. My goal is not only to grow the business but to empower people with lifesaving skills and healthcare career opportunities. I also want to give back by offering occasional free or low-cost CPR training to schools, churches, and community organizations.
