Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I am my own inspiration. I inspire myself everyday! When it comes to business, everyone has their own vision. My vision is aligned for me!

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by having clear goals and a strong sense of purpose behind what I'm doing. I like to visualize the bigger picture, but I also focus on the small wins along the way. They keep me energized and moving forward. Seeing progress even in small steps, keeps me motivated to keep pushing! I focus on discipline. I set clear goals, build habits and stay consistent. Afterall, our today is not our tomorrow! Consistency and discipline are key!

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would like to launch my non profit to distribute duffle bags to all of the youth in the foster care system. If every child had a duffle bag to keep their belongings in, they'll have a sense of comfort and stability to know they are not trash. They are someone amazing and they will grow up to be someone amazing! Defying the statistics of society!
