Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My greatest inspiration is my students. As a music educator, I’ve seen how many talented learners, especially neurodivergent students, are overlooked by traditional systems. Their creativity, resilience, and unique ways of thinking pushed me to build Rubato School of Music and launch All On Stage. They remind me every day that entrepreneurship isn’t just about building a business, it’s about creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and able to thrive.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by the students and families I serve. Every time a student who once felt excluded from music finds confidence on stage, it reminds me why this work matters. Building Rubato School of Music and launching All On Stage isn’t just about entrepreneurship, it’s about creating spaces where every learner can belong, express themselves, and discover their potential.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the $25,000 to expand inclusive music education through Rubato School of Music and our nonprofit initiative, All On Stage. The funding would help build additional teaching space, train educators in adaptive teaching methods, and expand scholarships for neurodivergent and underserved students so more learners can access music lessons, creative expression, and performance opportunities.
