Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My approach to business has been influenced by Myron Golden and Gary Vaynerchuk. Myron’s teachings on biblical principles and the levels of value shaped how I think about creating meaningful impact through service. Gary’s understanding of attention, marketing, and brand building showed me how to communicate that value at scale. Together, those lessons drive my focus on building authentic brands, strong communities, and businesses that create real value for people.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by focusing on impact. As a father, firefighter, and entrepreneur, I feel a responsibility to build things that create opportunity and bring people together. Seeing progress and knowing the work can positively affect others keeps me moving forward, even on difficult days.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I will use the money to help people learn skills and explore opportunities by creating training materials, arranging projects and hosting networking events. My organization is intentional about fostering an environment where people can share resources, learn skills, start businesses, and access opportunities. We will build a living network where learning and opportunity create lasting impact.
