Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in business comes from a simple belief: work should support our lives, not consume them. After experiencing burnout and unhealthy workplace environments early in my career, I realized many professionals were navigating the same reality. That experience inspired me to create Passport & Co., a platform designed to help remote professionals work, connect, and recharge while redefining what a healthier, more human-centered work culture can look like.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by the future of work I’m helping build through a Freedom First mindset. I’m driven by the opportunity to speak to a demographic that is often misunderstood — the remote work community. Many professionals value flexibility, autonomy, and balance, yet those needs are still overlooked in traditional work culture. Knowing I’m contributing to a shift that gives people more freedom in how they live and work keeps me inspired every day.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If awarded $25,000, I would invest it into expanding the Passport & Co. platform to better support the global remote work community. The funding would go toward product development, marketing to reach more professionals, and hosting more virtual events that foster genuine connection and reduce isolation in remote work. My goal is to continue building a community that prioritizes flexibility, well-being, and a more freedom-first future of work.
