Who or what is your inspiration in business?

One major source of inspiration comes from clients we serve every day. With over 20 years of experience in the medical field, I’ve seen firsthand how important compassionate care is for individuals and families. Through my company, we serve seniors, individuals with disabilities, medically fragile clients, and families who need support during some of life’s most difficult moments. Knowing that our work provides dignity, comfort, and stability for others is my inspiration.

How do you stay motivated?

I’m motivated by achieving the goals I’ve visualized. To see accomplishments behind a mindset that was once a dream born, to me is one of the greatest gifts to unwrap. The incredible team that stands beside me. No leader builds success alone. My team shares a passion for service, and together we’re able to create jobs, support families, and strengthen our community. Seeing growth professionally and personally within my organization continues to motivate me to lead with purpose.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If awarded $25,000, I would invest it into expanding my home healthcare agency by strengthening caregiver training and staffing so we can serve more seniors and individuals with disabilities. I would also begin launching a 24-hour daycare to support working families, especially healthcare professionals and parents working overnight shifts, while creating jobs and strengthening our community along with providing a safe environment for little angels needing childcare services.
