Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

Honestly, the people building things from nothing. Founders who bet on themselves. Operators grinding through messy growth. People who choose the hard path because they believe in the vision. I respect the entrepreneurs who are still in the arena. Not the ones talking about it from the sidelines. The ones risking time, money, reputation, and comfort to build something real. Those are the people that push me to keep building too.

How do you stay motivated?

My family keeps me grounded and focused. My kids are always watching. I also stay motivated by building things that did not exist before and helping other founders grow. Progress fuels me. Most days it is not motivation though. It is discipline. Show up, do the work, stack small wins, and keep moving forward.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest it into building and expanding platforms that help emerging brands connect with buyers, operators, and service providers. The goal is to create more real opportunities for founders to grow, learn, and build sustainable businesses while strengthening the community around them.
