Who or what is your inspiration in business?

Working as an IRS Revenue Officer showed me how many families and small business owners struggle with taxes and financial issues. Taking assets or enforcing collections did not bring me joy. Instead, it inspired me to build a business that helps people solve their tax problems, understand their finances, and create a path toward stability and long term wealth. That experience drives my passion to educate and empower others through my work.

How do you stay motivated?

My motivation comes from seeing my clients succeed and feel relief when their tax and financial problems are solved. Their happiness, gratitude, and progress remind me why I do this work and push me to keep helping more families and businesses.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If awarded the $25,000, the funding would be used to support the hiring and development of a full time employee to help scale and serve more taxpayers. The funds would be allocated toward payroll to support the new staff member, training and professional development so they can learn our tax preparation and tax resolution processes, and technology and equipment such as a computer and software access needed for their daily work. This investment will allow us to increase our capacity.
