Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My children give me purpose and inspire me daily. I've talked to them about business ownership and generational wealth for years. Six years ago, I left my corporate job in HR Management to show them exactly what I've been talking about.

How do you stay motivated?

I don’t. Almost five years in, I realized motivation is not the key—discipline is. After a few years as the sole owner of my spa, I realized motivation is fleeting, but discipline remains. The truth is, I’ve set a goal and made a promise to myself and the generations behind me that I will build a legacy. The requirement to building a legacy is to be relentless.

What would you do with the $25,000?

The investment of 25k into my business would catapult me to the next level. I would use 12k to add a red light therapy capsule to our wellness treatments. It would require 5k to get the room setup properly and cover shipping, plus installment. The remaining 8k would use to add a sound therapy booth to the opposite side of the space.
