I stay motivated by focusing on my impact rather than my inbox. On days when I'm tired, I remind myself that someone is waiting for the photos I take to feel beautiful, or the event I’m planning to make a lifelong memory. My motivation is the responsibility I have to my clients' joy."

Winning this $25,000 prize would be the seed capital for Businesswoman Activate, my 501(c)(3) dedicated to turning aspiring female entrepreneurs into industry leaders. I’ve built a 'glamour' brand, but true glamour is the confidence that comes from financial independence.
