Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in business is rooted in my passion for helping children communicate, grow, and succeed. As a speech-language pathologist and early intervention specialist, I have always believed that early support can transform a child’s future. Building businesses that provide developmental and speech services allows me to combine my professional expertise with my commitment to serving families in my community.

How do you stay motivated?

My motivation comes from my purpose and passion for helping children succeed. Knowing that early support can change the trajectory of a child’s development encourages me to continue building services that support families in my community. Each success story, no matter how small, reinforces the importance of the work we do and inspires me to keep growing and improving the services we provide.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use the funding to expand access to early intervention and speech-language services for children in the Pee Dee region. The funds would help strengthen the programs offered through Carolina Connections & Interventions LLC and New Expressions Therapeutic Services by investing in therapy resources, developmental materials, and program support. I would also dedicate a portion of the funding to community outreach efforts that help families understand the importance early intervention.
