How do you stay motivated?I stay motivated by staying consistent in my thinking. My daily thoughts are, “This is the gift God gave me to get wealth. This opportunity is for my family, my church, and the communities I’m blessed to impact.”
What would you do with the $25,000?Twenty-five thousand dollars will be used as the Buyer’s down payment. I find the down payment is usually a show stopper. Anytime we can assist a family with reaching their homeownership goals we strive to do so.
