Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from the seniors and small business owners I served during my years in banking. I watched incredible people who had worked hard their entire lives struggle to find trusted services, while ethical local businesses struggled to reach them. I wanted to build something that helps them find each other, reduces caregiver stress, and restores dignity, trust, and connection in the communities we live in.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by staying close to the people I serve. I speak at senior centers, volunteer, and listen to caregivers and families navigating aging. Their stories remind me why this work matters. When the workload feels heavy, I step away from the busy work and reconnect with the community. Seeing how much people want a trusted resource reminds me I am building something that truly helps.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the funds into the next phase of the Silver Streak platform. This includes website upgrades, expanded consumer outreach, and development of AI tools that help seniors and caregivers quickly find trusted services. The funding would also support expansion into new communities through local partnerships and outreach, making it easier for families to access reliable help when they need it most.
