How do you stay motivated?Staying motivated comes from remembering why I started. My motivation is rooted in family and community, creativity and growth, and the impact my work has on people's special moments.
What would you do with the $25,000?If awarded I would strategically invest it back into growing the bar and enhancing the in-store experience by upgrading equipment and production, improving the bar ambiance, display areas and presentation so customers feel like they are stepping into a unique and memorable dessert experience.
