Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My biggest inspirations are the people that I serve-clients who come in defeated and leave with hope. Their transformation drives me daily. I'm also inspired by my own journey as a mother of 6, wife, nurse, and entrepreneur, where resilience, discipline, and faith were essential. I had to bet on myself when nothing was guaranteed. I'm motivated by women who build legacy through impact, and I strive to do the same-creating a business that truly changes lives.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering my "why"-impact, freedom, and legacy. Every client transformation fuels me. My children seeing my success pushes me to keep going. I rely on discipline over motivation, set clear goals, and move with intention daily. Even on hard days, I remind myself someone is waiting for what I offer-and that keeps me going.

What would you do with the $25,000?

The $25,000 would help me to scale impact and accessibility. I'd expand weight loss and wellness programs, invest in technology and client tracking, and increase access to personalized care for undeserved communities. Funds would also support marketing, outreach, and team training to maintain high-quality, results-driven care-allowing me to help more people transform their health, confidence, and lives.
