Who or what is your inspiration in business?

Mel Robbins and Gabby Bernstein inspire me in how they make personal growth accessible and actionable. I build on that by going deeper into the science—especially the nervous system—so people understand why these practices work, not just how to do them. My focus is creating simple, practical ritual tools that help high-achieving individuals move from burnout back to balance, because when the foundation is strong, everything else becomes possible.

How do you stay motivated?

I don’t rely on motivation—I build systems that support consistency. Daily rituals that regulate my nervous system, clear thinking, and reconnect me to purpose keep me grounded. When there’s less internal noise, execution becomes easier. I also stay close to the people I serve—seeing their shifts from overwhelm to clarity is the ultimate driver.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest in scaling LifeVision Lab—developing accessible digital tools and physical ritual kits that help people reset their nervous system and gain clarity. Funds would go toward product development, community growth, and targeted marketing to reach high-achieving individuals navigating burnout and misalignment. The goal is to create scalable, practical pathways from overwhelm to aligned action.
