Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I'm most impacted by the people we serve. Seeing someone transition from "I can't do it" to "I did it" is my greatest motivation and what inspires me to keep pushing myself forward in efforts to have an everlasting generational impact.

How do you stay motivated?

Results. Creating a plan of action, executing said plan and achieving or superseding the goal is what motivates me. I believe if you recognize an issue don't complain about it, find a solution to address the issue, then develop a plan of action to avoid future pitfalls in the same area. This methodology is appeasing to my mind, keeps me on my toes and thinking forward.

What would you do with the $25,000?

Purchase a property at low cost from the city to transition to a temporary housing facility contracted through the state Department of Corrections for returning citizens. I would keep repair cost down by using our students to demo/ renovate the units and local community providers for supplies and equipment. The goal is to create a return on investment, support our non-profit and expand our training programs.
