My inspiration is the empty seat at the professional table in my family. I’m driven to prove that a trade, mastered with grit, is a definitive path to legacy regardless of a formal degree. I want to be the resource I never had, providing my family with the fundamental questions and business systems needed to navigate any industry. How do you stay motivated?

I am driven by the "Power of Broke." Growing up in a large, working-class family, I learned that grit is the only shortcut. As a young parent, I’m "all in" to convert that grit into a legacy. I’ve fallen in love with the business of the craft, the strategy, the margins, and the systems. I’m motivated by the urgency to retire my parents and provide a future for my children where time is our greatest asset. Success is mastering a business that serves my family

What would you do with the $25,000?

I will use this grant to transition from a technician to a CEO. $15,000 will fund a high-performance plotter and shop management systems to standardize production. $5,000 will provide the payroll runway to hire my first installer, removing me as the bottleneck. The final $5,000 is for executive mentorship and leadership training to ensure I scale Drift Wraps with professional precision. This capital turns my craft into a self-sustaining system and a generational legacy.
