Who or what is your inspiration in business?

God is my foundation, but people who suffer in silence are my driving force. I’ve seen men and women carry pain, trauma, and pressure with no safe place to release it. That reality fuels everything I build. My work is inspired by the need for real healing, not surface motivation. I’m committed to creating spaces, programs, and conversations that restore people from the inside out and help them become who they were meant to be.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by purpose, not feelings. I understand that people are connected to what I carry, and that responsibility keeps me moving. Even on hard days, I stay disciplined, grounded in prayer, and focused on the bigger picture. I’ve learned that consistency matters more than emotion. I don’t wait to feel ready. I show up anyway, because impact requires commitment, and lives are changed when you refuse to quit.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use the $25,000 to fully fund a powerful men’s conference, “They Watched Me Break, Now Watch Me Build.” This event will create a safe, structured space for men to open up, heal, and rebuild. The funds will cover the venue, meals, materials, and resources so attendance is not a barrier. This is more than an event. It’s a starting point for transformation, accountability, and real support for men who are ready to change their lives.
