Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration is the no-code movement and its power to democratize technology. I believe innovation belongs to everyone and not just a technical elite. I am dedicated to transforming complex systems into simple human-centered tools that empower every teacher and student in the global classroom.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by the "ripple effect," the moment a teacher gains the confidence to use a new tool and passes that empowerment to thirty students. My research in learning sciences and mindfulness keeps me grounded in the human element of education. Seeing educators move from AI-apprehension to AI-advocacy is incredibly rewarding. I am fueled by the challenge of ensuring that our future workforce is defined by human creativity rather than just technological proficiency.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I will put tools directly into the hands of teachers. Most educators want to innovate but lack the budget; I’ll provide micro-grants to help them lead AI projects in their own schools. Additionally, I will produce "no-code" training videos to remove technical barriers. By investing $25,000 into people rather than just software, we eliminate the cost hurdle and build a culture of experimentation.
