I am inspired by a desire to restore the gold standard of hospitality. Post-COVID, I have seen a decline in both restaurant quality and intentional dining experiences. I am driven to create an upscale, slower-paced environment where guests who value excellence feel genuinely cared for. My future guests are my “why,” and I aim to curate experiences that honor their time and investment while reinforcing that craftsmanship and attentive service still have a place in dining.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by viewing every lecture and new skill as a step toward my long-term vision. I connect my academic work to the future success of my supper club, which keeps me focused and consistent. Education is my foundation for confidence, and the more I learn about business and the art of service, the more prepared I feel to lead. My motivation is driven by the goal of building an entrepreneurial legacy, delivering a curated, high-quality experience to every guest I host.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest this funding into completing my degree and pursuing my CPA certification, treating it as a direct investment in the foundation of my future business. By strengthening my financial expertise, I’m ensuring the hospitality brand I build is grounded in operational efficiency, strong financial management, and long-term sustainability. This support would allow me to stay fully focused on developing the technical skills needed to scale a profitable and innovative dining concept.
