Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I feel the best example that sums up my main inspiration for my business endeavors is creating my own work ecosystem where I am the creative lead, decision maker, “laborer” and salesman. Cars are a unique asset to invest your money and time into as they require so many various skills to refurbish, but as time goes on and I replace outsourcing knowledge with my own experience, my margins only grow larger.

How do you stay motivated?

Besides having to meet my debt/credit/rent obligations, I get motivated by seeing my visions for my business come to life. Every little move eventually leads to a bigger change. Getting addicted to the feeling of small success has been massive in my career. Most people view failure as defeat, but I view it as a lesson from the universe. You never really “lose”, you either learn or you succeed.

What would you do with the $25,000?

Okay. I have about $18,000 in business and personal debt. I would immediately put $10kish to lower my minimum payments. Then I would put $15k away in my business checkings to make sure that I have enough for 6 months of overhead covered. I’d also spend $2-3k (credit) on upgrading the tools I use and need every day as streamlining productivity and efficiency is crucial for a one man army like me.
