Looking at the way He modeled influence, impact, and sustainable replication while managing to staying healthy and intentionally investing in the people around Him is the impact that I desire to have in the work that I do.
How do you stay motivated?I stay motivated by reflecting on my journey, staying close to the people we serve, and maintaining an intentional rhythm of learning a little bit and doing a little bit.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would expand the work that we do by developing a business to hire men and women to get employed and maintain income to create a sustainable life for them after incarceration. Having the opportunity to develop a replicable model of barbershop and beauty salons, we would create a school to intentionally place barbers and beautician into their communities to be impactful and therapeutic!
