My inspiration started young, running a candy store from my bedroom window. I come from a strong lineage of entrepreneurs—my great-grandparents owned cafés and antique shops, and my mom built multiple businesses, including salons, retail, and real estate. Today, I’m inspired by my Business Parter (My Sister), My mom, my godmother, and my Business coach Mr. Jonathan Ferguson to keep building with purpose.

I stay motivated by knowing what I’m building is bigger than me. I’m passionate about helping others step into entrepreneurship and create stability for themselves. Some days it’s not about motivation, it’s about discipline. I stay focused on my vision, remember where I come from, and keep showing up regardless of how I feel.

I would reinvest the $25,000 back into my business to expand my group home operations. That includes securing another property, strengthening staffing, and improving systems to ensure compliance and quality care. I’d also allocate a portion toward building infrastructure that allows me to scale and help more individuals while creating opportunities for others to enter this industry.
