Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in business comes from a blend of lived experience, personal values, and the people who shaped my understanding of leadership. I’m driven by leaders, formal and informal, who modeled integrity, fairness, and the courage to do what’s right even when it’s not easy. Especially coaches and players I've studied and worked with over the years.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated through Lift Up by grounding myself in its purpose every day, encouraging, empowering, and elevating others through intentional words, actions, and presence. When I see the impact that simple encouragement can have on a child’s confidence or a colleague’s sense of belonging, it reminds me why this work matters and fuels me to keep going. I would invest it in Lift Up and help my family ease some burdens that have weighed us down.
