How do you stay motivated?

It’s the momentum of the craft. I don't wait for a spark, I get to work when i am in that flow state, whether on a set in New York or editing in the DMV, the noise drops away. Beyond that, it's the impact. Taking someone’s abstract idea and turning it into a high-end visual that actually moves people is the ultimate fuel. Seeing that transformation makes the long hours and headaches a fair trade.

What would you do with the $25,000?

if I’m looking at $25k, I’m not just spending it, I’m using it to buy some breathing room. First, I’d set aside $10k for family. That’s non-negotiable. It’s about taking care of the people who’ve been there since day one, and honestly, it clears the mental clutter I need to actually focus on the work. Then, I’d put $6k into a real workhorse camera equipment to make work more efficient, will shoot my short film and save the rest.
