Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I realized that friends and family would often come to me with questions or ask me did I know of or any one who did X? I am a natural connector and someone who is very resourceful, so I saw my self serving others through my business. My maternal grandfather came from a long-line of entrepreneurs in Chicago, but most had passed before I was born. I am inspired by a desire to use my creative talents to provide services and produce goods that make people happy or fill a need.

How do you stay motivated?

In this season of uncertainty, job losses and increased economic disparity, I am motivated by my personal passion to bring my dreams and ideas to fruition. I set intentions and goals annually and look at them to keep moving forward. I have recently connected with an accountability partner to help me keep working on my small business.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest in updating my website along with integrating a CRM product; save a portion for capital and invest in a product concept that I want to bring to fruition and get out into the marketplace.
