Who or what is your inspiration in business?

The people who motivate me most are God and my mentor, Marcie Curl. My faith in God drives my desire to lead with integrity, maintain good character, and pursue excellence in everything I build. I want my work to reflect discipline, humility, and purpose. My mentor, Marcie Curl, has also been a powerful influence in my life. She challenges me to grow, corrects me when needed, and continually encourages me to become a better leader and person. Her guidance has helped shape the way I approach both

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering why I started. My faith keeps me grounded and reminds me to pursue excellence and integrity in everything I do. I also stay motivated by setting clear goals and continually challenging myself to grow. Seeing progress—both in my business and in my personal development—keeps me focused and excited about what I’m building.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If I were to win I would invest it in both my education and the growth of my business. One of the first things I would do is continue funding my education so I can complete my degree. I would also give back to my church, which has played an important role in supporting and shaping me. In addition, also using a portion of the funds to obtain hood cleaning certification and specialized certifications for myself and my employees to clean healthcare offices and surgical suites building expansion
