My inspiration in business is seeing a need for wellness tools and safe spaces to heal and grow. With many people facing uncertainty, anxiety and stress, in many ways, I saw a great need for practices to slow down, build strength and connect with community. My goal is to bring people tools, resources and practices in the most supportive ways.
How do you stay motivated?I stay motivated by seeing people relax in Savasana at the end of a yoga class, by hearing people say they will sleep well and are excited at seeing their growth and progress after a continuous practice. Seeing people reach their goals, make friends, feel at ease and see new possibilities brings the ultimate joy and motivation.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would be able to keep our sanctuary doors open while continuing to grow our client list, invest in new wellness supplies and merchandise, level up in marketing/PR outreach, and invest in more studio support, salaries and opportunities to scale.
