How do you stay motivated?I employ the techniques that I teach - SMART goal setting, visual cues such as vision boards and progress reports, reading and education, networking and marketing with intention. Taking time to enjoy the natural world and making artistic expressions keeps my spirit grounded. Making memories with family and friends refreshes my soul.
What would you do with the $25,000?I will invest the funds in my business to employ a much-needed back office assistant, increase my marketing budget and continue research and development to bring more solutions to the people I serve.
