Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My biggest inspiration is my late father, who always believed I was capable of building something great long before I fully believed it myself. After he passed, that belief became my fuel. I’m also inspired by women who create their own lanes and refuse to shrink their vision. They remind me that success isn’t about fitting in, it’s about building something so authentic that the world has no choice but to notice.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering where I started and the impact my journey has on others. When people see me build Tabz Cosmetics from the ground up, it gives them permission to believe in themselves too. I set clear goals, celebrate small wins, and keep my vision bigger than my fears. Motivation for me isn’t just about success, it’s about proving that consistency, courage, and faith can turn dreams into real opportunities.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would reinvest the $25,000 directly into scaling Tabz Cosmetics. The funds would go toward expanding inventory, strengthening digital marketing, and increasing production so we can meet growing demand. It would also help grow our brand ambassador program, creating opportunities for women to earn income while representing the brand. My goal is to place Tabz Cosmetics on more retail shelves nationwide while continuing to inspire others to build something bold of their own.
