My greatest inspiration has always been my mother. Watching her transform simple materials into something meaningful taught me that creativity and resourcefulness can build anything. That early exposure to craftsmanship and resilience continues to guide how I design, build, and lead MIKI TINELLE with intention, heart, and purpose.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering why I started. To create something meaningful that reflects creativity, quality, and possibility. Every design, challenge, and small win reminds me that building a brand is about persistence. My family, my vision, and the women who feel empowered carrying my designs keep me going.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the $25,000 prize into scaling responsible production, sourcing premium sustainable materials, supporting skilled artisans in the United States, and expanding small-batch manufacturing. It would also help strengthen branding and market reach so MIKI TINELLE can grow while staying rooted in craftsmanship, quality, and thoughtful luxury.
