Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from my children, my community, and the journey I’ve walked. Growing up in the government system and becoming a young mom taught me resilience early. I built my life and businesses from the ground up, and that experience fuels my purpose to create opportunities for others. I’m inspired by the elders in our communities, the strength of Indigenous women, and the belief that entrepreneurship can change generations

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering where I started and the impact my work can have on others. Every project I build, whether it's a business, policy, or community initiative, is rooted in purpose. My faith, my children, and my vision for generational change keep me focused. I also believe growth never stops, so I constantly learn, build, and challenge myself to become a stronger leader and entrepreneur.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the $25,000 into initiatives that create lasting impact—expanding Affordable Angels to support families with dignity while building mentorship and entrepreneurship programs that empower Indigenous women and youth to become leaders, business owners, and change-makers in their communities.
