Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in this business is actually very clear, it comes from a combination of my life experience, what I have witnessed and the gap that i want to fill.Watching men and women go through the system, many of them struggled after their release, assisting them in finding a stable home and a safe environment to help then gained their unique independence.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by maintaining a structure routine which keeps me consistent and focused. During my Law Enforcement career I have seen a cycle of men and women dealing with the effects of recidivism, I would like to help break the cycle by helping men and women successfully transition after incarceration into society where they can filled like they are somebody and their life matter.

What would you do with the $25,000?

The money will be utilized as a solid starting point,It will be used strategically to set up a safe and structured sober living home.The biggest priority will be to secure a home acquiring all necessary licensing and paperwork prior to opening All money allocated will be used to cover food and furniture ,utlilities and any unexpected repairs that may arise if needed.
