How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering that every decision I make has the potential to change someone’s life. Whether it’s placing a candidate, guiding a leader, or building infrastructure that creates opportunity, I know the work matters. My faith, my purpose, and the responsibility to serve others at a high level keep me focused, disciplined, and driven to keep going.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use the $25,000 to expand the work currently in process by scaling offerings at my company Talink.org. This investment would also allow the enhancement of digital platforms, facilitate larger workshops and trainings, deepen coaching support, and provide more tools and resources. Most importantly, it would position me to serve more individuals with greater impact, turning potential into sustainable, thriving businesses and communities.
